Newsletters
Over the course of the EIS process five newsletters will be prepared and distributed, in both English and Spanish, to notify project stakeholders and the general public of the EIS status. The project newsletter will provide notification of all public meetings and the public hearing. The newsletter will be distributed prior to each public meeting/hearing. The newsletter will be mailed out to all persons/businesses listed on the project mailing list, posted to the website, and distributed to all public agencies participating in the project.

Beginning September 2010, a monthly US 281 EIS E-Newsletter will be sent to those who have joined the US 281 EIS mail list. We encourage you to read the E-Newsletter, talk with your friends and neighbors about the content, and forward it to anyone who may be interested in staying up-to-date on the US 281 EIS progress.
