Notice of Intent
A Notice of Intent was published in the Federal Register on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 and in the Texas Register on Friday, July 24, 2009. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and Alamo Regional Mobility Authority issued these notices to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed transportation project on United States Highway (US) 281 from Loop (LP) 1604 to Borgfeld Road, about 7.5 miles, in Bexar County, Texas.
